  • 会员3512：到了山顶下车的时候周围是大雾，能见度不到50米，刚好看见指示牌告知离酒店200米，就顺着指示牌往下走，没想到高海拔地区的200和山下的200米2个概念，还是要走半天，快走到的时候碰见了酒店管家，热情的帮我们拿了行李并办好了入住手续。后来告知酒店有接送服务，要订酒店的朋友下次可以提前联系酒店，就可以不用走200米了。 酒店的房间是那种组合式房屋，是设计好直接拼凑出来的，房间很小，和山下的酒店不能比，但和山上的帐篷比的话还是堪称豪华。 屋内有暖气和电热毯，晚上睡觉不用担心冷，很暖和。热水也够用，没出现热水不足的情况。 酒店的早餐也不错，很丰盛，有20个左右的品类。 最后要重点说下酒店的服务，酒店是管家是服务，每个房间有对应的管家，我的房间管家是陈建祥。 管家服务很周到，离开酒店也帮我们安排了车子。特别是退房后出现的小意外，小孩摔了一跤需要包扎，陈建祥管家立即给我们安排的车子，把小孩和医生一起接到他们酒店处理伤口，及时包扎，特别感谢医生和陈建祥管家，处理好伤口又安排车子送我们，服务特别好，肯定会把这么好的管家介绍给准备来玩的朋友。 回来的路上又发现东西丢酒店了，也马上联系的管家，第二天就帮我们快递了，再次表示感谢！ 山顶上酒店的硬件设施不可能和山下比，但有陈建祥这样的优秀管家就可以给酒店加分，下次来还会订这个酒店，也希望管家的服务水平越来越好，给所有的旅客都留下美好回忆！
